It's easy, just click the big green "Start Surfing" button at the top. There are two options:
2:1, 15 sec - You view the websites for 15 seconds and get 0.5 credits per site
1:1, 20 sec - You view the websites for 20 seconds and get 1 credit per site
(Sometimes you get a website with a longer timer that will reward you with more credits).
Once the timer has counted down to 0, you see 5 images, where you have to click one of the two duplicates, or answer an easy math problem, to prove that it's a real person surfing, and not a bot.
Once you have accumulated some credits, you probably want to put them to good use.
Go to "My Sites" and add your own websites, that will in turn be visited by other people surfing. One credit = one page view. You can decide how many times your website will be shown in one day, from 50 times up to several thousands per day if you have the credits for it. You can add up to 15 websites as a free member, or an unlimited amount if you upgrade.
It's also a very good idea to go to Settings and have a look at the "Auto-assign ratio" option. Here you can change whether you want your accumulated credits to automatically be assigned to your websites to generate traffic, or if you prefer to save them as "unassigned credits" to use later on, or to convert them into text ad or banner impressions.
You can also easily add and promote your own text ads, banners, rotators and splash pages.
